To use the emo178 Platform, you must register a personal Account. You may only register one Account per person. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. All bets placed on the emo178 Platform are final and cannot be canceled, amended, or reversed once confirmed. You are responsible for reviewing your bet selections, stake amounts, and odds before confirming any wager. emo178 will not honor requests to cancel bets after confirmation, except in cases of obvious technical error as determined solely by emo178.
Sports betting markets include football (soccer), basketball, tennis, badminton, volleyball, MotoGP, and esports. Bet types include single bets, mix parlay (accumulator bets), Asian handicap, Over/Under, correct score, and live in-play betting. All bets are settled based on official results as recognized by the relevant sports governing body. If a match is abandoned, postponed by more than 48 hours, or canceled, bets on that match will be voided and stakes refunded unless specific market rules state otherwise.
Casino games include live dealer tables (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo), RNG-based table games, and video slots. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as "rollover" or "turnover" requirements). Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, network disruptions, and force majeure events may result in temporary service unavailability. emo178 is not liable for any losses incurred due to platform downtime, provided that all reasonable efforts are made to restore service promptly.
emo178 integrates with third-party payment processors, game providers, sports data suppliers, and live streaming services. While we select partners carefully, emo178 is not responsible for errors, delays, or disruptions caused by third-party service providers. Disputes arising from third-party services must be resolved directly with the relevant provider.
In no event shall emo178's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions exceed the total amount you have deposited into your Account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. emo178 is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages under any circumstances.
You may request voluntary self-exclusion from the emo178 Platform at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion periods are available for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanent closure.
